Noblemen Capital is a financial services company that primarily lends to and invests in middle market private companies in the manufacturing and technology-related industries. Our investment objective is to generate both current income and long-term capital appreciation through debt and equity investments. We will strive to achieve our investment objective by providing flexible financial solutions and superior business management support for our portfolio companies. Our investments may be structured as secured and unsecured senior and subordinated loans, as well as equity securities such as common and preferred stock, convertible securities, warrants and options.

Noblemen Capital is looking for investment opportunities in both the Technology and the Manufacturing sectors. We are looking to loan money to, invest in, or acquire companies with annual revenues of 30 to 300 million dollars. We are particularly interested in supporting management teams in "management buy out" or "spin off" type transactions. We will also entertain investing in "going private" transactions for companies wishing to exit the publicly traded arena.

Our strategy is to leverage the significant "hands on" operating management experience and expertise of our vast network of senior industry executives to assist us in better understanding the company and its business prospects prior to the financing and to support company management teams in driving improved post financing performance.

Noblemen Capital will partner with venture capital firms on smaller or early stage deals.
